Returns

Refunds are accepted only for damaged or unopened items.
Return items are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges for books, DVDs are for same title only if the product is defective.

Merchandise must be in original packing and must be returned within 14 days of date of invoice. Worn or used merchandise, clothing, etc., will not be accepted. All return transactions must be approved over the phone. Approved returns will be given an RMA #. Emails are not accepted. When submitting a return, please include a copy of the invoice with RMA#, name, address, phone number, email, credit card number used to purchase (if applicable), and note explaining reason for return. Please write the RMA # on the package. Items subject to 15% restocking fee.
